“Rise Up with Purpose met me exactly where I am in my leadership journey. Dr. Michael T. Blue thoughtfully weaves together insights from nature, history, personal experiences, and even film that helped me reflect on where I stand and where I can grow.

What stood out most to me is how the book encouraged deep self-examination as a foundation for meaningful outward impact. It is not just inspirational, it is practical. The tools and reflections throughout can empower me to grow into a more intentional and effective leader.

This is a book I plan to revisit, as I believe there is even more for me to uncover and apply over time. I found it to be a valuable read for anyone committed to developing their leadership and having transformational influence.”

“RISE is a blueprint for the new leader and also serves as a gauge for established leaders to reexamine their practice, ideologies, and their biases that may be preventing them from additional growth. Experience can be fuel for growth, or a magnetic form of complacency.

Interpreting hardship as preparation rather than punishment is a powerful analysis for a leader to reflect on the personal and professional hardships they have encountered and the degree to which it has shaped their vision.”

“He doesn't write from a place of theory, but instead writes from a place of tried experience. He is a leader both in business and in his personal life whose inward character and integrity shape the visible aspects of his life. If you lead in any capacity and are looking to grow as an individual and as a leader, I highly recommend him.”
