A few quick answers, from what the framework is to how shipping works. If you do not see your question here, email info@thebluesprintco.com and a founder will answer you personally.
What is the R.I.S.E. framework?
R.I.S.E. is our leadership formation framework, built on four anchors: Reflect, Inspire, Serve, and Elevate. It begins with identity before performance. Instead of teaching people to manage behavior or chase results, it forms the character underneath the leadership, so the way a person leads grows out of who they are becoming. The same four anchors carry into every room you lead: home, school, work, and sport.
Who is The Blues Print Co. for?
We built it for anyone responsible for forming other people. Parents and homeschool families, teachers and school leaders, coaches and athletic programs, and managers and executives at work. If you are shaping how someone else thinks, leads, or carries themselves, the framework is for you. You do not need a leadership title to begin, only the people you are already leading.
Is this a faith-based program?
Our convictions are rooted in faith, and that shows up honestly in how we talk about identity, purpose, and character. At the same time, the framework is built to serve people in many settings, including public schools and workplaces. The leadership principles stand on their own, so you are welcome here whether or not you share our faith.
What is the difference between Rise at Home, School, Work, and Sport?
The framework is one. The rooms are where it is applied. Rise at Home is an eight-week formational arc for homeschool families and co-ops. Rise at School aligns students, faculty, and families in public, private, and charter schools. Rise at Work is a four-tier recalibration for teams, managers, senior leaders, and executives. Rise at Sport carries the same anchors into athletics, for coaches and programs. Same foundation, shaped for the people in each room.
What ages or grades is this designed for?
It depends on the room. The home and school curricula are written for students and the adults forming them, while the work and sport tracks are built for adults leading teams. If you are not sure which fit is right for your family, classroom, or organization, tell us about your group on the contact page and we will point you to the right starting place.
How is this different from other leadership or character programs?
Most programs start with skills or behavior. We start with identity. The work begins with reflection, not correction, because no one leads past the self they refuse to face. We also use one framework across every room, so the language a child learns at home matches what they meet at school, on the team, and eventually at work. It is formation, not a curriculum to finish, built to be lived with at the pace of real life.
Who created The Blues Print Co., and what are their credentials?
The Blues Print Co. is a family-owned leadership formation house founded by Dr. Michael and Stephanie Blue. Michael holds a doctorate in strategic leadership and is the author of Rise Up With Purpose. Stephanie is a creative strategist and the founder of Joyful Reminders LLC. We build this work, and answer for it, personally.
Do I have to buy a kit, or are there free resources?
You do not have to buy anything to begin. Our Free Resources page offers the RISE Leadership Clarity Assessment, the Family Identity Audit, the Team Health and Alignment Pulse, and free reads, all at no cost. The kits, books, and partnership programs in the shop go deeper when you are ready, but the first step is free.
What is the difference between the Core and Premium kits?
The Core Curriculum is an eight-week journey. The Premium Curriculum goes deeper across twelve weeks and includes a signed hardcover and every bonus. Each comes in two sizes: the Edition is for one student, and the Household serves the whole family. You can compare them on the shop page.
How do the kit videos work, and where is my access code?
Every kit includes access to the members video library. Your access code comes with your kit, in your welcome email. Enter it with your email on the Members page to start watching. The Core Curriculum unlocks eight sessions; the Premium Curriculum unlocks all twelve.
Can I buy just the book, or a single piece instead of a full kit?
Yes. Rise Up With Purpose is available as a signed hardcover and a softcover. You can also buy standalone components and individual mini reads on the shop page.
How long does shipping take?
Physical orders (kits, books, and mini reads) ship within 10 business days, with tracking on every order. You will receive a confirmation when your order is on its way.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. When you check out, you pay on Stripe's or Square's own secure page. Your card number never touches our website and we never store it, so there is nothing sensitive for us to lose. Our whole site is also served over a secure, encrypted connection.
What is your return policy?
Because every kit, Field Guide, and bundle is hand-prepared with personalized access codes at the time of order, most of what we sell is final sale. That covers all digital products, all Facilitator Kits and group seats, all bundles like The Whole House, and all curriculum kits with personalized access. The two exceptions are the standalone book and the mini reads (mass-printed, not personalized), which can be returned within 14 days unused. Damaged or defective items are always replaced or refunded. Full details are on our Refund & Returns page.
Do you work with schools, teams, or organizations?
Yes. We offer custom partnership programs for schools, workplaces, and athletic programs, each scoped to your needs. Tell us about your group on the contact page and we will follow up.
How do I reach a real person?
We are a family business and we read every message. Email info@thebluesprintco.com or use our contact page, and a founder will get back to you.
