The Blues Print Co. is a leadership formation house built by a husband and wife who lived the framework before they ever named it. Blue is the family name we are staking on every leader we form. Print is the mark we intend to leave.

We did not start a company. We opened a house.

The leadership crisis of our time is not a skills crisis. It is a formation crisis. Leaders are being promoted faster than they are being formed, handed titles before they have been given language for who they are becoming. We built The Blues Print Co. to close that gap, in the home, the school, the workplace, and on the field, through one framework: R.I.S.E. Reflect, Inspire, Serve, Elevate.

Michael builds language, lessons, and frameworks that help people rise into purpose with clarity, courage, and responsibility. He writes and teaches like what he is: a faith-rooted leadership architect with the mind of a strategist, the heart of a coach, and the structure of an educator.

His classroom has never had walls. He has formed leadership teams across technology, facility management, hospitality, entertainment, and faith-based organizations. He has taught leadership on a global stage, from boardrooms in the United States to communities in Africa, and inside correctional facilities where dignity and second chances are not theoretical. He studied hospitality abroad in France, Italy, and Spain, learning how environments shape the people who move through them. That conviction, that environments form leaders, became the spine of his work.

Michael is the author of Rise Up With Purpose: Transformational Leadership From The Inside Out, the foundational text behind the R.I.S.E. framework. He is a spoken word artist and poet, an adjunct professor, and an advocate for the development of men, calling them toward a leadership measured not by what they produce but by who they are becoming. Above all he is a Kingdom-centered father and husband, forming leaders at home before he forms them anywhere else.

Stephanie shapes how the work shows up in the world. She thinks beyond surface aesthetics toward design that is structural, visual, and cohesive, the kind of detail that makes an experience feel both elevated and deeply personal. Her eye spans disciplines, from technology to beauty to interior spaces, and her standard is constant: it should be beautiful, it should be intentional, and it should make someone feel seen.

For more than two decades she has served women in the beauty industry, building a career on a belief that beauty is formed from within and without. Her makeup work, introduced publicly as Stephanie Blue Beauty and formerly known as Reddmakeup, creates personalized experiences that meet women exactly where they are, at every age and every season. She holds a cosmetology license and has spoken to and taught women on a global scale, from distinguished rooms to everyday gatherings, with a message that leaves no woman out.

That same design instinct is becoming a company of its own. Stephanie is the founder of Joyful Reminders LLC, an inspirational design house in the stationery space, now in development toward its full launch.

Stephanie is a visionary founder who is always reaching past the moment toward long-term positioning and lasting impact. She is an advocate for the development of women, helping them see and steward the beauty and leadership already within them. Above all she is a Kingdom-centered wife and mother, the heart and the design sense of the house.

Michael authored the framework. Stephanie shapes how it is felt. One of us builds the architecture, the other makes sure it is beautiful, human, and worth stepping into. We are not a brand that studied leadership from a distance. We are a family that has practiced it in real homes, real boardrooms, real classrooms, and real locker rooms, and decided to give what we have lived to the people coming behind us.
