RISE is a blueprint for the new leader and also serves as a gauge for established leaders to reexamine their practice, ideologies, and their biases that may be preventing them from additional growth. Experience can be fuel for growth, or a magnetic form of complacency.

- Each week pairs one reading and reflection with one practiced behavior. Most families spend about an hour, and it is built to flex around your real schedule rather than add to it.
- What ages is it for?
- The Core curriculum is written for students and the adults forming them. If you are unsure of the fit for your household, reach out and we will point you to the right starting place.
- Is it faith-based?
- Our convictions are rooted in faith, and that shows up honestly in how we talk about identity and character. The leadership principles stand on their own, so you are welcome here whether or not you share our faith.
- How does it ship, and where is my access code?
- Physical kits ship within 10 business days with tracking. Your access code for the video library comes in your welcome email; enter it on the Members page to start watching.
